well none that we know if expect IP/LAN basis.. since the internet is allowing world wide access, whats the point of chatting if hyper terminal ra? panawag nalang.

why not create your own chat server? with your own server, you can manage the rooms, assign commands to users... be a chat god!
there's the NUTS, AMNUTS, Playground for Unix

if you're using windows, you can use JOOT and SOUTHWEST

these are telnet-based chat servers. can be used in your private LAN.

anyone here a chatter way back 1996? you might be familiar with mozcom, dlsu, usc and admu chat sites.

You can also use NetMeeting. It's on your Program Files folder. Check that one out. You can even share and view things from there.
