3phase elec bill inquiry pls help...

Naa mi warehouse in mabolo and its on a 3 phase, pila kaha minimum ani per month sa even without usage? naa mo idea kung minimal pila ila charge? naabot man gud og mga 1200+ amo billing, is this realistic? or too high? wla nagdagan ang meter since its unocupied...
here are my questions
1.) sakto rana ang 1200-1500 nga billing amount on zero consumption for 3phase?
2.) how to convert 3 phase to single phase power supply? walay appliances sa warehouse, only lights, outlets, breaker and panel board...
3.) do i need to change the panel board and breakers pa incase magconvert to single phase? someone told me man gud.

e check imo total wattage sa loads nga gadagan...for example 12Watts then times 230Vac then times 1.73 kay 3 phase man kaha...
