ako lng ni opinion ha..hmmp..if your not happy with ur job u dont have to stay there...seek for other job na u will be hapi enough to do ur best and it is not all about money ur getting...pero yaw ug awol nor hate them kay bati mn na..hehehehe kay nkasuway npd mi ug awol bya na sa 5 star hotel yaw panundog nku heheheh.....

It' okay, unless you have something to fear in your job,like you are not so productive, practicing insubordination with your superiors,constant tardiness...etc,because as long as there is no complaint from your immediate boss against you, HR could not act.
