inana ka "narrow-minded" ang administration sa Silliman karon, they are trying to take away the real essence of the "Silliman Spirit"

wala jud gi consult, dritso ra ug pintal na shock nalang ang mga tawo.. wala na jud freedom sa campus karon, you can't wear shorts & slippers, you can't smoke, you can't enter the campus on your motorcycle without wearing a helmet, etc all these freedoms that made Silliman as Silliman are now all gone

Lahi na diay ang Silliman, I remember before mag slipper lang man ko padulong sa school even sa Library okay lang man. Bawal na diay mag smoking diha even sa SC dapit, diha man mga tambay. I hate walking there padulong sa AS, kay daghan kaayo ga lingkod. Those were the days.

Daghan man ko classmate before mag shorts lang and slippers, mahag wala lang gani nag change pang lakaw daretso lang sa school. I remember kato ni visit ang PAASCU, ila na notice, according to my teacher na mga students mag slipper lang man and shorts..hahahahah But that's what make Silliman unique. Ma miss nako na..

Something to do with the President, sa time ni Pulido wala man ayo mga bawal.

May gani wa batuha sa mga Doltz Hallers... We were proud of that wall. Nakapuyo kog 1 summer class sa Doltz sa I had the privilege of putting my name up there, too.

That wall looks pretty ugly right now.

I'd have no problem with a "No Smoking" campus. I've known too many people having all sorts of lung problems enough to hate cigarettes.... Pero di na pwede mag-shorts ug tsinelas sa campus Nah. Next ana mag-uniforms na mo diha.

I would agree that nindut to sauna. No uniforms. Pwede ra mag tsinelas. Suya-an jud mi sauna sa ubang schools kay mura ra nagsuroy-suroy.

Pero admit sad ko na some students took this freedom too far. When I lived at Momoy's there were some rich kids there who got into drugs. Di na maligo. Balik² na ang senina ug karsones. There were times na balihon pa jud ang pants pagsuot -- naa na sa gawas ang bulsa.

Asa na kaha gipang butang sa Ginoo tung mga tawhana.
