Ask lang ko ... and he made an 11 month old Belgian Malinois graduate a sniffing , detection and tracking course ?

We are talking about a timeframe of 6 to 8 months here and if that is the case , nag start ug training ang BM at the tender age of 3 to 4 months ?

This posting / statements are not to create propaganda if mao man jud ang training and trainer since Engr Jun Cale's dogs kay dili basta2 pod and you dont want a trainer na dili maayo para sa imohang mga maayo na working dogs . My point is , dili katuohan if 11 months pa lang jud ang BM ni Evepee .

the K9 unit of Probe only train dogs belonging to their K9 unit. Some dogs may have been started on the basics of sniffing and scent detection as a puppy. And Yes, dog training starts as early as the neural stimulation in the superdog program to the development of their prey drive during puppyhood and be able to identify different scents even before 1 year of age. Dog training does not have to be compartmentalyzed. It does not mean that one has to have passed the BH trial before they are introduced to other activities. Different people have different different needs and purpose. There are those who would want to go into a regimented activity ,those who want every movement to be defined , those who would want their dogs to think for themselves or those whose dogs are trained for a specific purpose, hence the early specialization.

The BH training is the foundation of how you will know the dogs capabilities because you have total control of the dog even though its a total different entity . Cguro ang training sa tracking and detection mas dali ma learn sa dog .

Though sniffing/detection is a natural thing for dogs , still it has to be developed nevertheless . When you say your dog " GRADUATED " , unless it is defined as a can identify scents then it could be but it is defined as a dog that is capable now of WORKING in the field .

Naa na bai any working dog commisioned prior to turning even a year and works in the field ? We have to remember also that scents of food , cologne etc is different sa bombs , gun powder , illicit drugs , cadaver , etc .
