Tongs has affordable rates and food is edible. I tried eating at Jovens but I did not like it at all. There were flies on the food and the food did not look fresh.

naa ba dre sa cebu? if so where? i heard naa sa abuhan or kadto old white house filipino grill...

also naa ba resto open mga early morning like mga before 9am coz where planning to have a party pero poul naman gud jollibee or mcdo.. thanks!
