Steriods OTC [over-the-counter] is very dangerous. Labi na sa atoa sa Pilipinas kay strong kaayo ang content. Taas kaayo ang bone loss ug side effects. Advice lang ni akoa.

Steriods nga available [otc] or departments stores is any ENERGY DRINKS. Tanan nga energy drinks has steroids in it. Muscle milk, red bull, kana pud nga bodybuilding supplements. Kana ug gusto nimo nga mahimo ka ug Mr. Universe, use injectable steriods... anabolic steriods for example.

There is/are few drinks that are good and less health dangerous. Organic Soy Milk.
