Using itlog in a simple recipe

Share mo diha be kanang any simple recipe sa pagluto sa itlog in different ways kay mao ray madali dalig luto labi na buntag.

mao rani ako nahibaw an ay:

1. batilon ang itlog nya butangan ug GRATED CHEESE then ginisa mix. then e scramble sya pagluto.

pude pod instead of grated cheese kay skinless longganisa (dukmokon gamay) imo gamiton.
try na nnyo d ba lami sya.

Devil Egg..favorite nako.

Boiled Egg

slice the boiled egg into half, then kuhaa ang pula sa egg.

The katong pula sa egg, you can mix on any ingredients as you wish: mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, tocino, hotdog, ham, paprika, sibuyas, picled relish, bacon, cheese, anything basta gusto nimo. Remember lang i slice ug gamaya mga dako na ingredients.

I mix lang nimo sila sa pula sa egg.

then ang Pula sa itolg ibalik nimo sa white na egg.

then pwede na mo kaon.

daghan jud ang garlic n onions.

then the eggs put a lil milk, cheese, black pepper and potato.

add chorizo bilbao and/or spanish/hot and spice tuna.

ganina buntag kay i cooked a scramble egg (2 pcs eggs ako ggamit). akong g hiwa hiwa ang itlog into small ones.set aside.

i opened up canned pork and beans. g init nko sya then pagbukal kay gbutang nko ang scrambled egg nga gluto earlier. g mix gamay and its done.

Potato Omelet:

- scramble 2 large eggs then set aside.
- slice a medium size potato into "french fries" sticks. you can also use uncooked french fries from the supermarket about 50g(?)
- sprinkle salt and powdered black pepper to taste
- cook in oil with medium heat until potato slices are a little trasparent
- pour in the fried potatoes on the scramble eggs and mix until all potatoes are covered with egg
- cook back the mixture in the pan
- serve with catsup (del monte is recommended) and of course, coffee
