    Thumbs up SM breaks ground for SRP complex

    TOP Cebu City officials and entrepreneurs attended the groundbreaking ceremony of SM Prime Holdings’ P20-billion SM Seaside Complex at the South Road Properties (SRP) yesterday.
    SM vice president Hans T. Sy said the 30-hectare property will house a church, mall, SM department store, supermarket and anchor stores.
    Also being planned are a hotel, residential buildings, a hospital and a school, he said.
    “The mall will sport an ultramodern design with a circular shape to bring in the new-generation market. We’re targeting to finish the roads, church and the mall by the second quarter of 2013,” Sy said.
    The mall will have a lot area of 93,570 sq m and a gross floor area of 291,043 sq m “for a hospital and a school.
    “We felt the need to have these because of the residential area that will need it,” Sy said.

    daghan kaaug plans sa SRP, hope madayun na tanan! daghan na kaaug posts sa blogs about the architectural plans and the likes. ma.excite sad tang mga taga.cebu..

    pero from the fact nga SRP is located on a sea-side, dba murag delikado man tukuran ug .tag.as kaau nga building? hmmm.. i may need to read more about the plan.. basin na.include na.

    pero anyways, it's nice to know nga CEBU, can stand on it's own nah.. )

    madayon jud na sila tanan..... because it's already in the plan..... I think 7 years ago pah... wala rana sila nag think, dayon butang ug building diha diha dayon....

    SM will be like a flat type building dili kaau ta-as... probably 4 floors with underground same as the SM we have right of the moment. the condos will not be tall and thick as Radisson Blu... that's why Radisson blu was closed due to some cracks on the building walls and grounds..

    If new buildings were to be built in SRP, i think it would be wise not to build skyscrapers. Dapat pa-lapad, dili pa-taas ang mga building. I don't think the soil is fit for towers and such

    ang SRP nga part na sa Talisay kay way ayo..sahay walay suga nya defective ang mga traffic lights...way ayo ang maintenance...
