wow i love kaldi koffee, im there at least 2 times each week and sometimes 3 since they opened last year. yup the baristas are really very friendly esp rose and quennie, they even encouraged you to stay. once they even asked me hows my sister since they haven't seen her in the shop for quite some time now. and i cant forget the time when nahugno ang gaisano tisa, it was brownout for the whole day at home so i stayed there, and they even allowed me to charge all my 3 phones coz ng low batt na dyud tawn tungogds kadugay sa brownout. thats absolute personalized service. love their mud coffee, vanilla caramel, cappuccino, different flavored ice teas, and most esp their iced choco. one thing unfortunate though, is they don't have a lot of choices with food or pastries and i do wish they have couches hehe. wifi is free and fast too and unlike "other" shops out there they dont charge if you plugin your laptop. they do know how to take care of their customers and not treat them as "buy-coffee, drink it then go immediately after you're done with your business". thats why i always keep on coming back.

btw wifi password was originally mudcoffee when they opened maybe because they thought it would become the most popular, but changed it to vanillacaramel maybe because that eventually became their best seller
