There's a lot of quality "Branded/True-Rated" PSUs (most of them are mentioned already)...you can practically find the reviews and find that these PSUs are certainly worth it.

Based on my experience, most branded PSUs don't fail that often. It basically depends on how you take care of them. Even with the most sophisticated PSU, that will still fail if you abuse it and don't use extra precaution and protection (AVR or UPS).

I have had different brands of true-rated PSUs (ranging from 0-10 years) and not one has failed me. The ones that fail me are the generic ones even with good voltage protection.

all of these brands are really good imo.
If i were to decide on which one is the best in terms of reliability, efficiency, and performance (but also very expensive) i'd say Seasonic.
In terms of value for money, i'd choose something else though

If a psu is designed to have a cooling fan, then it is necessary to for it to ALWAYS be functioning. You risk overheating your psu causing it to potentially break down or explode even.
The only exception to this is if you are using a fanless power supply like the Seasonic X-400. And even then you would need good airflow to ensure proper operation.
I also urge NOT to use generic power supplies for your pcs.
