guys, not to be biased lang pud sa mga CITOM noh? but have you ever come to think that they are our safety on the road? kay the moment ang driver makakita na naay CITOM kay maka huna-huna na sila ug amping sa pagdrive kay hadlok man dakpon...so isn't it in favor for us commuters and pedestrians?

sakto jud ka ana chihuahua kay ang uban dili jud maghelmet...mao na ang kulang sa ato govenment agencies, information campaign and implementation... ang attitude sa mga taw towards nila kay maguba ra tungod rapud nila...but whether we like it or not they are essential just by standing on the streets...they are signs of safety for us... we all have our bad expriences with these guys (CITOM and POLICE) but hey, these people needs our positive thinking too. maybe they need that as a motivation to do their job better...
