Mine:
Breakfast - 1/2 rice and one dish for viand (preferably veggies)
Lunch - 2 bananas and warm water
Dinner - Oatmeal
Snacks - Rebisco Whole Wheat Crackers
*Lots of water all throughout the day
*Badminton - Every Sunday (Sometimes, an additional one or two weekdays if allowed by sked)
*Belly Dancing (Home Video) + Jumping Ropes - Whenever possible
It's working so far..
no rice if dinner!! hehehe then protein diet ko!! hehehe
I am on a diet too.
But I don't think it's a healthy diet.
Cause my problem here is my BIG BELLY.
Not my weight. Ugh.

ayaw kaon the whole day..
nya ugma napud ka kaon balik pero kausa lang & dili daghanon ug kaon..
nya sunod fasting napud ka hulday.. then kaon napud the next day..
LOOP!
cgro one week lang obvious na ang changes .. wahehehe!
