when i was in hs my bf was not that physically blessed with good looks. I was a really good gf until i found out that i was never gonna be as good enough for him as his childhood bestfriend/classmate/crush would be. We were together for a year after i had gathered the courage to break up with him (yes, i loved him so much). And the worst part about our relationship was that he said that he only courted me because he felt the need of having a gf to show off to his friends.

Before that incident, i always thought that guys who lack good looks will make up in their personality...but i was wrong to have such generalizations about guys. People are unique afterall.

we are beings that normally get attracted to attractive people. syempre tanang taw, maski unsa pay itsura, paki gwapa og paki gwapo gyud. nganong di? mamili na lang man gani ta, kanang sa mata pa daan, busog na. but im not sure, sometimes it's not just about physical attraction. sometimes it goes beyond that. the connection. the x factor you can't explain. haha. maybe that's the reason why naay mga batig nawng nga gwapa og uyab and vice versa. love is overrated. lol.
