Lifting weights is proven to burn more calories during exercise, after exercise and during sleep. Make it as your priority, if you do cardio first, ma hutdan naka energy for weight lifting... Warm up? stretching your muscles before using it, is a warmup already... and everytime you do an exercise, before your heavy set, you will have at least 1 or 2 warm up light sets which serves as a warm up...doing cardio, you need a warm up too, stretching and slow walking before doing actual speed.
Here's a question, if you walk / jog on the treadmill... do you think it will give you a warm up for BENCH PRESSING? Dead lifts? Barbell Rows? Squats? hehehe...

different people tend to have different reactions. so if i were you, observe where your body reacts the most depending if you want to gain muscles, firming, etc. and then stick to that routine. don't forget also to keep track of what your diet is.
