here:

do it outside sa case. meaning u remove the mobo set inside the casing then assemble ( to test if dili grounded ur mobo by the casing ) it outside. in a table patong sa libro

say u check na ok gyud ang PSu.

remove the mobo CMOS BAtt..if naa ka tester. check it voltage if dili low batt
( this will also automatically reset the bios sa mobo if in anyway ni under | overclock ) and will surely set auto ram fsb | proc FSB | Proc VID and FSB-RAM ratio )

if naa onboard ram. as a basic.remove add-in vc. use onboard ( to test if working ang ram and NB)

remove RAM.

Put BIOS Speaker

POWER ON Mobo with the PSU ( 20+4 Powerpins ) and 4pins 12v

set up will be : NO RAM | onboard VC |

beep? Loong BEEP?

it does! Good

it Does NOT?

try using another PSU

if it all fails...

salamat bro butits for your professional opinion...i will try ur suggestions later...

to give u an idea...ang setting sa mobo is naa ni cyay bios speaker...it has 2 sticks of 1 gig ram, no add-in video card...i have removed everything...and reseatted again all other parts. like the procie..hsf and rams...reset the bios through jumper...i did not remove the battery though...

the thing is i don't have extra psu...i don't have a tester, and even an add-in video card...for testing...

so i just suspected that everything is ok...except for the mobo and the psu...that's why i traded the whole thing in the buy and sell section...i don't want to spend money na for repairs...kay jobless ko karon....

naka.work ko sa internet cafe sauna..mostly sa nahitabo sa mga unit kay mo.ON pa xa but wala display, no beep bisag imu remove ang ram niya...

ilisan lng nako ug new PSU..ok napud xa.
