skoilhp gave me something to read...google showed me this...the aim of their practice is YOGA or union w/ the Divine maybe God. some department adheres to the idea that upon reaching this Union the soul becomes God,why is this so? because according to them you were once God.

the idea of this whole thing is this...you are Gd but you got amnesia...so you do certain things so that you'll remember who you are. isn't that weird?

Your already God...up there... w/ superb intelligence,perfect,whole,beautiful and for some reason you got trapped in the material world and not only that...Illusion also got you...so now you think that you are something else instead of a God. So this Impersonal God sent Personal messengers to tell you to wake up. God got trapped? Deluded? Forgot?

we are always gods, because inside us is god, we have forgotten about it because we are always busy... try forgetting about your physical body and you will start to know that you are, our mind blinded us, try closing your eyes and forget about everything you know... if it is very difficult to understand then it is not your time to know yet... bad karmas blocked us from learning our true nature... earn more good karmas and then you will be given a chance to know

god entered our physical body when were born and will leave when we will die... pls note small g because it is part of God but with similar consciousness and nature... and we humans have the capability to expand it so that it will be same with God

same with everything on this universe, everything is part of God... if it cease to exist here, it will return to God, not the physical thing but the spirit in it

part of god but not really God right? what do you mean by part of God? well definition and concept can be concocted and I think its dangerous, cos there is the possibility of deception.

so,okay,this is kinda personal but I got to ask you...do you believe in God? i mean the tone of your post emits a note of uncertainty. so wud it be right to say that what your holding onto at this moment regarding God has no footing cos it is based on faith and faith cannot be proven?

some say the the entire universe is god, if you look at the poop. what is it?
if you look closely its just energy, everything in the universe is just energy.

to fully understand means what... enlightenment... gnosis? what about those who have reached the goal what did they tell you? Are you a practitioner of any ancient mysteries?

what I'm really interested about is the how's & why's of your philosophy not so much on the what aspect . so let's leave them behind and let's start on the How and why. How did God forget who he is?

with my analysis, i think we have not forgotten that we are gods... it is part of learning that we should forget our true nature so that we will do our assignment here... study and learn your lesson here on this universe and for sure you will remember everything
