Bitaw like someone here said, just talk casually and don't be a stalker, girls don't find talking offensive at all (Check your breath though). They are open to everyone interested, at least most of them. Girls are actually more friendly than you think but it is imperative that you make the first move by greeting her properly and starting a conversation.
