yes they give rebates even 1 minute of reported and confirmed downtine! just do more trash talking with the billing and the tek guys.
mention the "CREDIT and COLLECTION department" they do the calculation and PR. they even call you for the confirmations!
for me i am expecting a 15days rebate to my globe accounts. July 2 - July 16
