I'm not familiar with the different kinds of chillis but I love chillis! That is, I like my food "hot" but not overly so. I don't eat them whole, though, except the green ones mixed in inun-unan - I love those. I love to cook with chillis, too, usually the green ones. The red ones are for sauces.

When i eat chili even raw i only experience a little coolness or minty flavor in my lips. nasobrahan na ko lol
