The ingredients are prepared and pre-mixed at their commisary aron as much as possible ma uniform ang taste.....luto na lang ang sa kusina diha sa ilang mga branches (Lawa-an, Talisay...Marina Mall...mango)..ang sa Robinsons is delivered from their Mango branch just across the street......

I had the opportunity (my age allowed it) to dine at the original Majestic Restaurant in the 70's diha sa mezzanine sa Oriente Theater...part na ron na sa Colonnade Mall....lahi na ang taste compared to that time kay understandably, their cooks cannot live forever....the ingredients may remain the same but the manner of cooking may differ, so ma change dyud ang taste. Call it a natural evolution if you must....same ra sa Ding Hao....the original Ding Hao taste is not that nga ma tilawan nato ron sa Dimsum Break and Ding Qua Qua, pero lami lang gihapon...
