    If these ambassadors are really coming back after a few months, then that means they really saw something GOOD in Mandaue City. It paved the way for opportunities.

    this is all for show, i don't see any improvement in our roads so far. Even the drainage system has been left to rot. i'm not convinced yet that he is any better than ouano..
