I think the TS has a brain damage.. how come this law becomes a violation of his way of life wherein it has a clear message "welfare and protection".

the hemet law is for a good cause for the motorcycle riding public. substandard helmets which are very rampant everywhere are very cheap but are you willing to gamble the lives of you beloved if accidents will happen to you? its better to follow the law than to bend it and lost precious lives.....

this Law is nevertheless a law...some blots of ink on a piece of paper. yet it will affect not just me, but a whole lot more.

most of the reactors in fact, do not understand, or refuse to understand, or just plainly lack the capacity for understanding how this law ridiculously applies penalty for such a plain of case of wearing a slipper!

how weird is Revilla's Law.... wearing a slipper while driving carries a heavier fine (1500) than parking in a no parking zone (50).. in dumaguete city. but to most reactors here, that is perfectly sensible...

pero dili tawon ko tihik noh.. lisod lang gyud parking sa usa ka gamay nga city like dumaguete, (the turning radius of the hummer is already 8meters), hence, motorcyle is a way of life didto. the hummer is just a dream...wud u lyk a ride wid me in one?
