kanang motor gihimo na siya parisan jud na ug helmet. naa pa gani na sticker inig palit nimo sa motor WEAR HELMET... so freedom of choice gyud diay gusto sa TS.. friendly lagi taga dumaguete pero mga gahi lang ug ulo.. tsada!

Na-aksidente ko sa una sa motor ug nahasol ako parents kay na 50/50 ko ug wala ko gahelmet. Nakagasto mi ug 150k, 1993 pa gani to. Gibaligya ang motor and after a few years, nakapalit ko ug multicab. Because of the experience, careful na ko sa ako safety ug kay multicab lagi (kung mabangga, pilit imo bumper sa imo tuhod), I make it a point to always fasten my seatbelt. Now that I drive a bigger vehicle and much safer, it is no reason for me to disregard to fasten my seatbelt including anyone who rides with me. My reason? Well, I just value my life and most especially my family's. I hope the T.S. will also learn from this. Just my ten cents...

And another thing, last week, nakasugat mi ug patrol car katong nabangga sa island sa south express way. Ingon ang gadrive na hinay ra man ta siya ug dinaganan pero ma-ayo ang pagkaparok sa ila ulo sa windshield ug nangapangag pa ug nangabali ang bukog (rason dayun sila na taw-an kunong lugara, LOL!). All the reason why safety should always be first in driving 4 wheeled vehicles, and all the more for those driving motorcycles.

On the lighter side, I could remember during the aftermath of my accident that my face was all bloodied and messed up, ingon ako mga kaila na before mura ko ug si Tom Cruise pero after sa disgrasya, Piolo na lang daw ko karon...

Aw mahal diay ang helmet.. hehe daw beh, kng ma disgrasya ka? asa man mas mahal? maayo kng ma hospital kay magastuhan pa, nya kng kinabuhi? just look at those rich people with their expensive bikes. as much as possible they will buy the most expensive helmet that their money can buy just to have maximum protection. eventhough most of them thinks wearin them wont match their fancy outfit and ride they still do wear them. even seasoned motor race drivers wear them in & out of the track. much more to those who just learned or have thought that after driving a motorcycle for a few years got it all figured out.
