Shut off in start up

Whenever I turn off this System unit, it automatically shut off.. Its a new unit ASUS P5sd2-vm board, 1 g RaM, sata hdd 150g.. We bought it last year but we use only thrice a week for about 4hrs... Everything is clean, contacts with parts are intact, right watts of PSU, new memory, almost everything is in control...like new thermal paste in processor, north and south bridge chipsets, new battery, cpu fan is working well... so whats the problem with this? but the power led is "on" in the board... we have the right ventilation. no over clock settings.

try replacing psu with good known brand...

remove VC and use builtn graphics port and start.

try to isolate

fixed na ni akong mga bro,

but just keep this tread pra sa uban nga same probz.

what i've done is check all the psu sockets and apply a new thermal paste
