If you want to install linux with in a virtual PC, you'll suffer in terms of performance....anyway if you don't care about it, go...But if you have some extra disk space you can create additional partition for linux OS to install there as a dual boot to existing windows OS. I'll suggest Ubuntu(download latest version from their website) its user friendly...
and how do i install ubunto as my second OS? is the installion wizard the same as installing Windows OS? or does Linux has an installation wizard in the first place? hehe![]()

pwdi man pud ang live cd imong gamiton para mag testing pero naa lang mga limitations, para dili mahago imong pc. hehehe...

Its just easy to install ubuntu inside windows. Turn on your PC to load/use your windows OS, then after your Windows is fully running insert CD/DVD containing your ubuntu distro then an installer(wizard) for Ubuntu will popup if your autorun is enabled. If not, browse your CD/DVD drive, launch the setup file. Then just follow the instructions in your screen...
