    Kulang na, that only means nga imong SMTP port is open. If you want to check if you can relay, do this after the ehlo command:

    mail from: <sender's email address>
    rcpt to: <recipient's email address>
    data
    <place email body here>
    .

    To double check if naka relay ka, check your maillog under /var/logs

    Sorry, di kana akong pasabot. Abi nako ang ubuntu lang ang server, nya lain na nga unit (PC) ang iyang client since ni mention naman sya ug outlook, otherwise, wa na unta sya ni mention ana in the first place.

    If indeed iyang client resides on the server itself, then he can use localhost on his incoming/outgoing settings. Kana assuming nga working na iyang MDA/MTA.

    In my opinion, it's best to have your own server relayed to another mail hosting server. This is way you don't have to worry if your server is down coz all you mails is still received at your mail hosting server. Having your own server would mean you can have control of the mails coming in and going out. This will also be useful if you are doing archives with your mails. good luck.
