    Default ok ra mag todo exercise na ko bisan 3 months pa ko gikan nanganak??

    Todo nga exercise?? Big NO if you're still 3 months from your delivery (assuming it's normal delivery).

    Light exercises lang sa una Sis. (walking)..The best way for you to reduce your weight as for now is diet (of course without compromising your needed calcium and vitamin intake).
