Wala gyud contractual nga agent ang Sykes sukad². Mali man siguro pagsabot nmo sa job offer contract details bai. Co-Terminus sa account. Mao siguro na. Coz AFAIK, Sykes always helped out the employees sa muclose nga account and move them to an account that's ramping. If an account ends its existence, the company always tried to find other means and moved their employees to other accounts to help them with employment and so people can continue working.

aw, if ako ang applicant and gi orient mi sa HR about ani, di nalang cguro ko mu pursue ana nga company oi.. pero if kahibaw ko ani na rules, then nipadayon ko, so dapat jud ni nko sundon..

Para nako ang mga Some of the QA's and Coaches sa Eperformax..Payter ra kaau ang English Training sa Companya...Pero ang Mga QA ug Coach kung naa na ka sa floor kay mga way klaro usahay...Di tanan ha..Ako gi resignan aning kumpanyaha kay dapig dapig ang pag grado..So meaning kung amiga ug amigo sa QA imung kauban, naay tendency na dako sya ug grado ug daku sad syan pay...Pero kung di ganahan imung QA nimo kay di ka sip sip and all gud luck na lang...Bisan maka feel ka nga mas maau pa kag customer service skills ug english diction ug enunciation skills, ma alkansi ka kay pangitaan kag sayup...Been there na...Likayi lang nin u kung mahimo...

ok ra man ang live to sell ug environment.. mga maayo pud ang Management.. Murag Britsih ba to ang tag iya, iya asawa was a trainer in PS.im not sure ha.. naka work ko didto mga 1 month lang.. gi term ko kay nakaabsent ko ug kausa, gihilantan ko pag ayo.. gi term ko.. nyaks.. pioneering mi ato live to sell..pero ok na man daw live to sell run, dghan na cla agents..

I'm really not sure if mo agree ko ani.. but my gf is working there and it seems like daghan kaau loop holes sa company..specially sa HR..
