    Unsa man na sakit? Depende man na gud...BTW I just read this in a science book. Vit C cannot be used to stop fever of disease. Its action of Vit C is to strengthen your first response immunity. It is good as a preventative vitamin. But once naigo na ka sa sakit, bisan usa pa ka balde na vitmamin C imo imnon, d na makapapaspas ug paayo nimo.

    This is applicable for mild to moderate colds, fever, flu, body malaise, fatigue....
    - The Key is IORS...Increased Oral Electrolyte Solution Intake...In other words: ORESOL, Gatorade, 100 Plus, Procari Sweat, or Water intake. This helps in circulation and body temperature regulation, replenishes lost electr0lytes and minerals needed by the body
    - Rest is good, but not bed confinement. Rest means not to do strenuous activities, but do move around, sit up on the bed, walk around a bit. This activity allows circulation in the body.
    -Eat...Eating helps you recover. That is if you eat a balanced meal of course. Protein helps repair cells.

    Even without medication, if you do these three things, 1-2 days tops, you will be back on your feet.

    first ting jd is take paracetamol...f ever u have chills...then take lots of water or juice...and rest.
