    @vcmov di man guro necessary ang bench bro, any flat stable surface will do. (i think di pwede sa sawg...haha) di sad ko sure asa maka.palit ug bench lang jud, pero I imagine ang mga sporting goods stores naa ana, ug ang 3rd floor sa Metro Gaisano.

    no pun intended but:

    dumbbell shrug is for the trapezius muscle(from the base of skull to the upper section of the spinal cord), definitely not for the shoulders. Tan.awa ang liog ni Batista mao na sya.

    dumbbell flyes is for the chest not for the shoulders as well. it is intended to create more definition of the Pectoralis major(hence the name pecs).

    tricep dip is done via parallel bar by lowering your body in between the bars. it cannot be done with a dumbbell. for tricep dumbbell exercise, you can do 1 arm tri extension, tri kickback or 1 arm lying skull crusher.
