keep reading, get your hands on novels or any literary work. read it aloud.
stop using textspeak when you post or text. continuous use of such can become a habit to the point that you start using it in other forms of written communication.
if you do not know how to pronounce a word, look it up in the dictionary.
good diction. learn to choose words that will convey your message. contrary to common belief, diction is your choice of words it does not have anything to do with accent or pronounciation.

Yes. High time that you learn what fluency means before you go off on a tangent on "accent". I can speak like Apu from the Simpsons and still be fluent in all ways English. In fact, while you are at it, please look up "accent" in the dictionary as well.Originally Posted by fiero19
