Shiseido says 9x a day. But its your option if how many tabs would you like to take everyday. 9 tabs is the max daily required. Some would take 4x-6x a day. It's really effective and you can be sure it's safe coz its from Shiseido.

@jurn - if im not mistaken sa japan mani ma order and shishiedo purewhite and not HK.... got this from other girl forum. Careful lang basin imitation......but still i may be wrong.
