Biceps: Curls
Triceps: Tricep Dip

PS. Just added something new sa akong routine: JUMP ROPE, animal sakit kaayu akong paa hahah. Nag.buhat ko ani ganiha, nag-steady jud ako HR og 140+ for 30 minutes. whew.
