Video card gyud una e upgrade nimo. Palit ug GeForce FX5500 256MB 128bit AGP 8X worth mga P 2,500 na karon. kung dili kaya sa budget, GeForce FX5200 128MB 64bit AGP 8X, payts ni sya at P 1,800 imo bukol.

Kung PCI Express imo video card slot, mas mu mahal imong ma gasto.

actually the PCIe versions are cheaper than their AGP counterpartsin most cases (say 6600GT AGP vs 6600GT PCIe)

but if he were to use the card for gaming (and since i think hes got an AGP baed mobo), he should get at least a vanilla 6600 for nvidia or a Gecube RAdeon 9550EE for ATI if budget is really tight..FX series cards simply wont amke the cut for modern games and magsayang ra cya ug kwarta if he were to buy one and then ust the PC for games

Im posting this videocard advise on the premise that im looking forward (kay even if hes not into playing PC games,the fact that nagadula cya ug AOE3, he might find a game that interests him..anyway..so why buy an FX card when we know it wont make the cut for modern games?..pero if sure jud ka nga dili ka mag games..then by all means buy an FX5200..
