The boy scouts of SHS did this once in the 1960's. They toured around Cebu, starting from Cebu City, to the north, then on the other side of Cebu, down south, and back to Cebu City. It was accomplished in less than 30 days. They slept inside the public schools. These are kids aged 12-18. Of course, you have to coordinate with the schools and the support of the Governor and Town Municipalities. It can be done. I was planning to do the same, but i could not get anyone to go with me.
