i did a letter to L.hufana last month March 12,2008.... just today I receive sa iyang reply to my letter regarding my problem...
she said that there were two names registered in their database... but in civil registration law states that in case of double registration, the first registered may it be erroneous is the one that will be issued...
if i insist to use the name im using right now, i should file a petition in court for the cancellation of my first registration of birth...
i would like to seek help from u bro.... especially in the last part sa iyang giingon nga if i insist to use my current name which i was able to use in my school records, board exam, diploma, SSS, NBI baptismal, birth certificate, tanan-tanan... i will have to file a petition in court....
how to do it?... nya by how much kaha ni bro? and how long will it takes? any idea? nya better if u hav atty's in mind nga makabarato lang unta ko.... need help kaayo guys.... salamat daan..
