What is the Govt doing with this kids Gang wars Crips & bloods, etc

Has the govt noticed that we are almost losing a kids life everyday, as these rival groups try to bang each other?

can the govt do anything about it? or they will just watch,listen, and count the number of dead bodies rising up?

these kids might have some good future....

^ we have lousy parents to begin with.... what the government can do is to scrap the Juvenile law* and impose death penalty at age 15.... those who do heinous crime, lose their time...

hmmm... The government can open recreation centers, or get those kids involved with a project or a program. Somehow these kids joining the gangs are mostly looking for a sense of belonging or just to be a part of something. Use that longing and channel it into something productive.

nindut sad na imu idea bai, at least naay option ang bagong-tubo ba, reform or die... be productive or be a fertilizer... i just feel we are so tolerant with the way new generations are behaving...its the fault of the preceding generations why we are producing hopeless descendants... there is a cultural and moral deterioration that has been going on and we are just so lame to address these issues properly... Before they spread even further, we must uproot these deadly shambles that lay on our path towards progress....

i think easy access to gun sellers and lax law on gun ownership is a big factor in the making of these young criminals
