sometimes they hacked not because of information but "PRIDE"...
This only shows how lame few of our government's network security infrastructure are... Again, if you are going to interview these agency heads, all they have to say is "lack of budget"... budget has always been an issue sa atoa...
Maypa atoang mga private sectors, they spent millions just to protect a cloud of 100+ workstations. atoa gobyerno, yaya lang ang agi... In contrary, atong mga gov. agencies such as SSS,GSIS,etc., mga puti ang mga IT consultants ani, so mas taas ang capacity to suppress cyber attacks...
Problema lang ani, china is bloating the issue about the unfortunate Quirino hostage taking... Let diplomatic method rules its way!!!
