No I don't think so...Maybe it just happened that the guy who threw the passport to Sen Jinggoy (as TS Stated above) was a low mentality, close minded racist who thinks that a mistake done by a few people already sums up for the whole race. But I'm sure the majority of Chinese/Hong Kong citizens are not racists and are intelligent enough not to be one.
And if we Filipinos also react negatively on Passport Throwing Incident, then maybe we are the ones who have a questionable character..But I'm also sure that we are not.

Maybe some are just overreacting to what happened to Jinggoy in Hongkong. There is no need to declare war and it isn't going to happen. Nasobraan ra mo ug duwag shooting game sa computer. Haha
