Cherry Mobile Trident Triple-Sim

bought a cherry mobile trident this month...

- tv's good
- wifi's good
- battery life's good (as long as you don't act like a mobile couch potato )

did NOT encounter any of the ff. common problems i've read on the net:
- cannot call using sim3
- memory full error w/ memory card (coz i haven't tried it yet, lolz)
(if there are common problems posted on the net i haven't commented yet, just ask me)

now, here are some problems i've encountered:
- no sent folder (correct me if i'm wrong but i think other trident owners have posted complaints about this too)
- no service menu for sim3 (this was an error in judgement on my part wen i was inspecting the phone prior to buying it coz i was planning on using my 3 retail sims for this phone but only sim1 and sim2 have the service menu. even the replacement phone i inspected had this problem too)
- wifi's no good at sm cebu, w/c is actually a problem w/ the built-in browser (clicking the login page's accept button just keeps loading the same page again; jsp problem of the built-in browser perhaps? or perhaps a javascript problem? i still dunno. tried the opera mini browser also but to no avail)
- keeps on disconnecting my s.e. mw600 stereo bluetooth headset after a few seconds (bluetooth service has a2dp i think but i guess there are compatibility issues; hey, wat did u expect for a 6.5k phone? )

with all those complaints above, as long as you're not planning to use the phone for your 3 retail sims, and you're not going to use the phone on sm cebu's wifi hotspot (i'm hoping this can be fixed easily), i'd still recommend this phone. not highly recommended though, ehehe. sorry haters.

as for my unit here, i'm planning to sell it or give it to my dad instead.

I think there's an software update released by cherry to fix those bugs. I read it somewhere in Yugatech; dad-a daw na sa official service center sa Cherry Mobile (is it Junrex?)

anymore reviews? it's been months since na release ni nga phone. how is it so far? nag promo sila rong. tag 5000 nalang. is it worth it?

naay sale ang Cherry Mobile this christmas. P 4,990 na lang ang trident. me likes to have it for christmas.
