    Here some tips:

make it sure the (user)account your using has a administrative rights to share folders or your member of administrators, coz in windows 7 a lot of restrictions. A lot of ways to share a folder. one of this, You can just right click the folder itself and go to properties, then you will see 6 tab menu, chose SHARING TAB click ADVANCED SHARING tab below, then check the check box(Share this folder), then you will see a PERMMISSIONS tab below click that tab then you will see EVERYONE,highlight it and change the permissions for EVERYONE to FULL CONTROL.

To access the shared folder over the network, you should use UNC,like for example: you have two computers running VISTA and WIN7, and you shared a folder from your Win7, in your Vista Comp just go to start menu and click RUN and type \\computer name(you want to connect to\folder name....

Note: Make it sure that computers has connectivity, configure the TCP/IP, turn off the firewall and turn on the network discovery, turn on file and printer sharing of both computers, need to have administrative rights(member of administrators group or administrator).

kung nabuhat na nimo tanan, try daw ni:

    System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\LSA]
    Value Name: RestrictAnonymous
    Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
    Value Data: (0 = allowed, 1 = restricted, 2 = require anonymous permissions)

    Set RestrictAnonymous = 0

This did the work for me. Just be careful in modifying your registry.
