    Default FACT or FALLACY: Body building decreases a male's size?

    Daghan man jud ta hilig og work out dire ug naay plano mag work out. now, those who have been working out, what can you say about this? tinuod ba jud nga mugamay ang imoha kung body building na imo routine? daghan gaingon tinuod daghan gaingon nga dili.
    In my case when I was working out before, i observed that it made it bigger, not smaller...i researched more and it turned out it will make it bigger because blood circulation will be much improved.
    Naa'y nakatry diha nga instead mudako, nigamay na hinuon?

    Ive been working out for almost a year. d na tinuod mu gamay bro oi. mu gamay lng tan.awn kay mu dako mn ka haha. pero sa ako ni gain mn gani ang akoa hahahahaha seriously hehe
