We can go on and on ... but its sad changes are being made in this country whenever something terrible happens, can't we work to make things better prior to a Fiasco? , PRO ACTIVE is the word.
Another issue is the general public will never know of the inefficiencies of certain branches of government until the fiasco is plastered on TV or radio. So it may be safe to say inefficiencies will continue until the problem is set on national or worldwide stage. We shouldn't be content with ay sige lang mao may naandan, sige lang theres is no need to change pa... Why can't we think lets change certain problems now for a better Philippines.

Naa na man untay elite forces kuno nga kumpleto ug gamit ngano wala gyud gamita. Kesyo, discretion kuno sa ground commander. The ground commander should know better to send the most prepared team to handle the offensive.

It's not that we should put all the blame on the president's shoulder but he should have done something like being visible giving assurances regarding the situation, calling all media on national tv to not exposed everything and giving the demands of the hostage-taker for the sake of the lives of all the people on the bus... those people are not just foreigners, they are humans, living being that should be protected once and for all...
