• Effective negotiator. Negotiator should have ample knowledge and can view in every angle of the situation so that he can act what is best for the situation.
• Media Professionalism. Media should know when to cover and media MUST be sensitive enough on the effect of what they have shown to the public.
• SWAT professionalism. SWAT should have been competent enough to handle such crisis. What they did is very shameful.
• For professional President. The president as the AFP chief of staff should have been on top of that very critical situation. He should have done big thing on the incident. He should have been well equipped on crisis management to act accordingly for such a situation. He should have declared news block-out during during those time when the relative of the hostage taker were pressured by the police.
