I think there is a need for constant training. Believe me, I read books, magazines and newspapers to hone my english but our dictions and "english" is different here in US. Sly words, they've been using english everyday - unlike us pinoys we don't. So, there should be a training... english therapy or english tutor... especially when competing an international beauty pageant. Would I agree with gloria? maybe in some way.
