I've seen the interviews this morning of the people involved in this mess and they all manned up and admitted to their shortcomings and publicly asked for apologies. There is no use finger pointing anymore when individuals who were involved are willing to take the blame.
They also called for unity amongst the Filipino people in this difficult time.... and I agree. We've been bashing them for 2 straight days and I think it's fair to say it's enough. Let's all learn from this tragedy and move on.
To those that perished, may they rest in peace, and a speedy recovery to those who were injured. To those officials who are now facing an inquiry, I say good luck to you and may those who are found to be truly at fault be given the appropriate punishments so that justice can be served.
