if its her way to help them why pointing on cebuana? why making it as an example?? why not using "beauty queens" instead of cebuana? huh? "major2" is way out of the topic.. we are talking about sa statement ni GD, ayaw na apila.. lool

Cebuanos are good in english i think, confident enough to speak the foreign language..
The only downside most of the cebuanos or bisaya have is the pronunciation.
