she's just f*%ked up.. cant even look at the way she said it... the fact is most cebuanas can speak english fluently and maybe not fluent in tagalog but who cares we can understand and speak 3 languages(tagalog bisaya and english) while they can only speak and understand 2(english, tagalog)
