This is why so many are pissed. The Manila Police District decided to run the show without asking for help. Word is getting out that the PNP- Special Action Force who is trained by the British SAS, Israeli YAMAM and the FBI HRT to do this stuff had two groups already ready and just waiting for the go ahead. They informed the people in charge about this but nobody replied.

The Phil. Army LRB is also very close by... the last stunt these guys pulled off is still classified but will make jerry bruckheimer proud.

But since it happened in Manila, the authority lay in that city. Without their go ahead, we could have had Chuck Norris waiting on the sidelines and nothing would have helped those *****s in uniform

the SAF were already ready that time, but PNP said SAF is military. It's sad because they were the perfect job for the incident.
